Definity phone systems were the last PBX systems that were designed by Avaya in the late 1970s. Earlier, this system was designed specifically for commercial use in hotels and large business houses. These equipments can easily be attached to an analog phone line without any extra attachments, thus improving the quality of audio conferences in organizations that were working on an analog PBX phone system.
Thus we can see that a Definity phone system is easily conducive to audio conference, thereby assisting in enhancing the way organizations communicate with the outside world. Moreover, these systems also help an organization in minimizing their expenditure on communication by easily embracing new technology and removing the need to purchase new equipments every time a new technological advancement takes place.
