The Urgent Need For Meditation Before 2012 Arrives

We are all connected to All That Is, the universal flow of energy. But humans have this thing called free will that sometimes entraps them in the 3rd dimension of matter causing them to loose touch with their spiritual Source. This puts a drag on the raising of energy on earth, causing friction.
Although we are on the earth and we have some vibrational input as to how earth's energy works, the earth's energy is always first and foremost in line with the Source. The earth is raising its vibration in reaction to the push from Source, and at this time on earth, the push is on to free as many souls from the wheel of rebirth as possible through the steady input of this level of higher vibration.
As I have heard lately from the Ascended Masters, this ramping up of the energy will come to an all time high, then doubling, then tripling in intensity very soon. This is part of the great shift of energy which will separate the old world from the new, culminating in 2012 or before. This is the cut-off point where a great energetic separation will occur.
This means many people have a lot of catching up to do if they want to be a part of the new energy coming in. How can we make up for lost time? According to my source, meditation is not only much needed, it is the easiest and quickest way to raise your vibratory rate and let go of the past patterns.
This is important because, now that it is possible, we are being asked to match the rate at which the earth is raising its level. If we do not, it will soon be as if you tried to plug your lower energy into the higher level socket of the Universe -- and then what do you get? A blowout. This would create mental, emotional and physical distress, with the root cause being the anguish of the soul in the disconnection to the Source.
The idea of meditation is to clear the mind of chatter, breathe deeply, and let the higher energies flow through us from top of the head to the bottom of our spine. One easy way to visualize this is to see white and/or gold light flowing down into the crown from an infinitely high place, down the spine, through the body cavity, and out the spine or feet, down into the earth as far as you can go, spreading out like roots from a tree.
By doing that particular meditation, you become a pillar of light and a caretaker for your particular space on the planet. You bring in much needed spiritual energy and anchor it to the earth with love, stabilizing the area that you are in. I feel it is a great privilege and honor to work in this way, to help ourselves by sustaining the earth's energy, because after all, everything we have comes from the earth, our mother. What better way to honor that?
In spiritual reality, we really can not be left behind. The soul will not perish and will continue to grow no matter what. So there are no worries or fears about that. All that Spirit is asking of us is to rise with the new energy, to be aware of our spiritual connection to our Source, to each other and to the earth, so that we can partake of a great shift of the ages, one that will change the way that all people live from now on. Meditation will take you there.
