This is equally as important as the email headline. What you say in your email body needs to make a call to action to the reader. If you want them to click on your link, tell them to click on the link. Keep the email as short and to the point as possible, people's time is valuable and they don't have all day to read through hundreds of emails to find what they are looking for. Your email body needs to coincide with your headline. If these two don't match you won't get the results that you are looking for and you will lose creditability fast.
