Prior to pouring the cement you would need to construct footings in which to pour the cement. However, some people who construct their wooden shed on their own still might have this step done by a cement professional.

Being able to use a level is also an important skill to have when constructing a wooden shed. The proper use of this tool will make sure your wood shed remains level. Also, it can be used to make sure your foundation is level prior to construction.
