Feel your sacrum at the bottom of the spine slowly release and let go into the ground. keep breathing deeply as you relax the lumba or lower part of the spine. Feel your lower spine sinking deeply into the ground. Now continue this feeling of relaxation as you allow the the middle and top parts of your back let go and sink into the ground. Let your neck go and Relax, relax, relax. Your arms feel heavy and are sinking. Feel the muscles in your arms relaxing as you sink. Relax, relax, relax. Your head is heavy and relaxes deeply. Feel your eyes becoming heavy.
Relax the tiny muscles at the sides of the eyes. Relax the muscles at the backs of the eyes and let your eyeball sink gently into your head. feel your lips and jaw becoming heavy, relaxing all the muscles in your face. feel your cheeks becoming heavy, feel your forehead becoming heavy as you relax the muscles in your forehead and scalp. Just let do and relax, and enjoy this wonderful sinking feeling. Stay in this deep relaxation for as long as you wish. All the muscles in your whole body are completely relaxed as you enjoy the feeling of sinking deeply.
Repeat to yourself, I am relaxed, I am relaxed, I am relaxed. Take in a deep breath and as you breathe out slowly, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. Relax relax relax. Just let everything go and feel calm and relaxed.
