Around thirty years ago, a novel design for a submerged combustion LNG Vaporizer was developed by Kaldair. Incarnate concepts in this design proved to offer excellent performance in both base-load and peak-shaving modes and the concept was soon being installed at numerous sites throughout the world. Its submerged combustion combines the safety of steam heating with the quick response characteristics of a direct-fired heater. Instead of compromising thermal efficiency or temperature uniformity, this combination actually out-performs either approach on its own. And the vaporizer user is benefited a lot for this technique. These vaporizers do not employ true submerged combustion but the products of combustion are exhausted directly into the base of a tank filled with water. Inside the tank is housed the heat exchanger tube coil, through which the vapors are pumped. Speeding the hot combustion gases through the tank raises the water temperature and thus, via the heat exchanger tube coil, heats the metal frame and the herbs are converted into the vapors. After then the vapors are stored in the balloon for further use. Great volumes of vapors, broken up into small bubbles by the sparkers, produce an upsurge of water in the pot and this is allowed to flow over a weir into the vaporizer metal cup. From here the vapors re circulates into the base of the exchanger vessel to be mixed with the hot products of combustion once more. Afterwards the product of herbs is mixed into the water and this is condensed on entry into the exchanger vessel, releasing its heat of latent vaporization, so we can achieve great amount vapors that can be enjoyed by the user. Health considerations are increasingly important, and these have not been overlooked. The excellent vaporization characteristics of the novel, all metal burner offer significantly lower gasses levels than traditional methods in this type of vaporizers. Because of the progressive mixing and combustion which occurs in the central cone of the burner, none of the herbs and plant material is wasted and the user is greatly benefited. Its case is made up of aluminum which has been lined with good acoustic padding. It has been added to keep the vaporizer safe on a rough and tough ride. Locks are also there in the case. Handy case has handle for better support. Some extra space inside case can be utilized for keeping various other things while traveling. As the money spent on buying a vaporizer is handsome it should be well protected. If mishandled, user has to face many problems because of delicate device. Safe carrying is provided with the carry case. As new technology is used in these vaporizers the user is benefited in all terms.
