1)      lie on your back with your hands, palms down, under your buttocks


2)      raise your legs about 30 cm(12 in) off the floor


·        and hold them there


3)      now trying to uses just your lower abs



  • raise your legs by anther 15 cm(6in)

  • do this by tilting your pelvis instead of lifting your legs with your hips

  • hold at the top for a few seconds,

  • then lower back down.

  • Make sure your knees are slightly bent and not locked


 


4)      Try to do 20 reps
