You can also provide the mom-to-be with a coupon promising to come cook one meal for her or to clean her house one day. That way, she can relax and enjoy time with her baby instead.
Focusing on Her Relationship
Since having a new baby can be stressing to a relationship, you can put together a basket that will help your friend and her husband or boyfriend re-spark the romance. Give her a basket of non-alcoholic champagne (this is particularly important if she is breastfeeding), chocolate covered strawberries, and a DVD containing a number of romantic songs. Don't forget to include a coupon for a night of babysitting while she and her man reconnect.
