Microsoft visual studio includes the functionality of report design and report viewer controls to add full-featured reports related to customer application. These reports contain multidimensional, aggregated and tabular data. Report viewer control in visual studio helps to display and process the report in the application. There are two types of versions of control such as report viewer web server control and report viewer window forms control. Report viewer web server control is helpful to host reports in the projects developed in ASP.Net while report viewer window forms control is used to display reports in the project of window applications. Both these report viewer controls can easily configured and run in local or remote processing mode.
Local processing mode is related to such report processing that is performed in the client application with the use of report viewer control. All these reports are processed as a local process inserting data provided by application. In order to generate these reports in local processing mode, you need to use report project template in the visual studio.
Remote processing mode is related to such report that is performed by reporting server of SQL 2005. In the remote processing mode, visual studio report viewer control is used in form of viewer to present predefined report published on the reporting service server.

It presents a display of integrated design environment related to client divinations with the use of data from ADO.Net object.
