Monday morning you wake up with gloom looming over your head with the
realization it’s the start of another workweek.
You ask yourself "when will it end, when will it be my day to be
rich?" In fact, for many working class people the weekends seem much like
heaven, peace and serenity, not having to see the faces of their boss and
listening to their commands. At times,
you may feel bored working the same monotonous drill, 9 to 5, five days a
week. Nevertheless, you're compelled to
keep up with your financial and familial obligations so you head on to work.
When
you think about it, the only accomplishments you have achieved through your
routine job is to continue to make your boss rich as time passes you by.
Regardless of how much rewards or bonuses you receive, you will never make more
than what your boss earns and you sure won't get rich this way either. No matter
how smart or hard working you are, your boss will only try to maximize his or
her profits though your endeavors.

may receive all sorts of awards and recognition from your boss, but these are
of no use unless you are receiving sufficient incentives or bonuses for your
hard work. That is why most company owners and executives are termed as wise
and intelligent, as they can sensibly handle their staff to obtain the targeted
productivity goals and boost the company’s profits, but you're still not going
to get rich.
Business
transactions means the exchange of someone's labor or time for monetary gain.
However most times bosses never pay their employees what they are truly worth.
Many people think that slavery no longer exist in the present world, but most
people are still slaves to their bosses. Hence, the most vital thing that you
need to understand here is that, no matter how smart or hard working you are,
you will never get rich working for your boss. Thus, if you are working as a
slave for your boss, then you need to start exploring other options and
possibly go into business for yourself.
Going
into business sound like a good idea? Well for one thing, you have more chance
of becoming rich than the later. Keep in
mind before you make the big leap is to research, research, research and make
sure you have the right mindset to take on such a feat. You have more chances
of success if you have the right entrepreneurial mindset, drive and gusto to go
the extra mile. Nonetheless, when your
business gets off the ground and the profits start rolling in you will be
rewarded greatly for your efforts and one day you will wake up and say to
yourself "what a great day, it's nice to be rich."
