Many people find using hair straighteners a great way to turn their curly or frizzy hair straight and sleek. This is very true and can give a lot of people their desired effect with concerns to the look of their hair. For example there are two effective methods when using a hair straightener that can help you to do this.

The first method consists of dividing your hair into sections. Once you have sectioned your hair you then take one section and place the hair straightener plates and the bottom of the hair, you then twist your hair straightener upwards wrapping the hair around the appliance. Once having done this hold it for at least 5 seconds and then release the hair from the hair straighteners. This should then leave your hair with a nice loose curl to it that you can then do to the rest of the divided sections. The second method consists of curling your hair like you would curl a ribbon with scissors. To do this you should gently clamp the root of your divided sections of hair with the hair straightener plates. Once having done this pull the hair straighteners down towards the bottom of the hair whilst twisting it so as to make sure all the hair has passed through the plates. Once releasing the hair from the hair straighteners you should then have a nice loose and bouncy curl to your hair. This method is a little trickier but can become easy with practice. All in all this effect can give you a great sleek and beautiful look that will look great at an important and stylish event.
